　　Responsibilities:

　　Partner with the BU, Strategy, Supply Chain (GSC) and Geo’s organizations to drive all Cost BMS initiatives of cost reduction and process optimization;

　　Redesign our global product cost process, revamping and developing a transformation plan – cost optimization and process efficiency

　　Develop and Implement Cost Tape System Tool in partnership with IT and all key functions

　　Redesign our Cost Tape Process to reduce complexity and workload from the teams and improve accuracy

　　Work in partnership with Strategy team in any marketing analysis or competitor benchmarking to drive initiatives

　　Prepare analysis and presentations to be shared with Geo GM’s and Senior Leadership Team.

　　Position Requirements:

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance or Equivalent

　　Languages: Proficient level of English essential

　　3+ years of Professional experience in a Finance role with exposure to Project Management / Bid Management or Product Line Engineering

　　Proven Project management and presentations skills

　　- Global experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　MBA is preferred

　　Tangible experience of delivering in multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix organization is considered

　　Strong influencing, commitment and communication skills

　　Mandarin
