　　2017年，首届“中国舞蹈影像展”在各方支持下顺利举办，共征集稿件200余件，最终经专家推选共有12部作品最终入选展出并被授予证书。

　　The first edition of China Dance Video Exhibition was successfully held in the year 2017 with over 200 pieces of works being collected,among which 12 pieces were selected for final exhibition.

　　经过两年沉淀，由中国舞蹈家协会主办的第二届“中国舞蹈影像作品展”，拟定在2019年11月举行。本次展览将由中国舞蹈家协会推选相关领域内的专家组成中国舞蹈影像展推选委员会，共同负责本次展览的推选、组织工作。

　　After two years of preparation, the second edition of China Dance Video Exhibition(CDVE), sponsored by China Dancers Association, is scheduled to be held in November, 2019. A selection committee will be composed of experts from relevant fields recommended by CDA, who will be jointly responsible for the selection and organization of this exhibition.

　　全社会所有热爱舞蹈艺术，擅长用影像记录和展示舞蹈艺术的单位、组织或个人均可报名，鼓励新文艺群体报名参加。所有参与作品征集的单位、组织、个人以下均统称为“参展者”。

　　参展要求

　　Participation Requirements

　　参展作品内容不得涉及色情，暴力，种族歧视等内容，不得与中华人民共和国法律法规相抵触。

　　参展者所提交作品必须由参展者本人参与创作(合作作者可联名参加)。参展者须确认拥有其作品的著作权，主办单位、协办单位、推委会等不承担包括（不限于）肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、著作权、商标权等纠纷而产生的法律责任，所有相关法律责任由参展者自行承担，推委会保留取消其参展资格及追回相关证书的权利。

　　所有参展者在报名表上所提交的信息必须真实合法，所有参展者须按照参展步骤中所规定的各项规范报名参展。

　　参展者应确保其对参展作品拥有著作权，中国舞蹈家协会有权将所有参展作品用于出版发行、公开播映、公益宣传或用于与艺术教育相关的活动。

　　参展期间参展者不能将参展作品转让或许可给任何第三方。参展时间以外，参展者用该作品参加另一同类节展、比赛或相关商业活动的，由此可能产生的与其它比赛组织者或有关机构的规定造成冲突而带来的一切后果由参展者自行承担。

　　参展者提交参展作品的同时，应一并提交本公告附件《承诺函》，并同意遵守各项承诺。否则，推委会有权拒绝其参展。

　　The contents of the works shall not involve pornography, violence, racial discrimination and other objectionable contents, and shall not conflict with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

　　Works submitted by participants must be created by themselves (co-authors may participate jointly). Participants are required to confirm with their works of copyright. Sponsors, co-sponsors and the selection committee do not take legal responsibility arising from disputes over(but not limited to) portrait right, reputation right, privacy right, copyright, trademark right and so on. All relevant legal liability shall be borne by the participants. The selection committee reserves the right to cancel the participation qualifications and withdraw the relevant certificates.

　　The information submitted by all participants in the application form must be true, and all participants must sign up for CDVE in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the exhibition procedures.

　　Participants should ensure that they own the copyright of the participating works, and China Dancers Association should be entitled to use all the participating works for publication and distribution, public broadcasting, welfare publicity or activities related to art education.

　　Participants are not allowed to transfer or license their works to any third party during the CDVE. With the exception of the duration of CDVE, if the participants use their same work to participate in another similar festival, exhibition, competition or related commercial activities, all the consequences resulting from the possible conflicts with regulations of other competition organizers or related organizations shall be borne by the participant themselves.

　　Participants should submit the letter of commitment attached to this announcement together with their works, and agree to abide by all commitments. Otherwise, the selection committee of CDVE has the right to reject the applicants.

　　Format For Video Works

　　画面要求：分辨率统一为1920*1080，H264视频解码、视频帧速率统一为25帧/秒，MOV（QuickTime）格式、MP4格式或AVI格式；

　　字幕要求：如作品需要加字幕，应具有良好可读性；无错别字；不使用繁体字。字幕应与画面内容有良好的同步。如使用双语字幕，请确保翻译的准确性。字幕统一为白色黑体，字体大小应与画面保持协调美观。

　　声音要求:提交作品要求声音和画面同步；声音清晰，无失真，噪声杂音等干扰。无音量忽大忽小现象。音频采样率为48kHz；双声道。

　　Image quality requirements:

　　Resolution:1920*1080

　　H264 video decoding

　　Video frame rate: 25 frames/SEC,

　　Format: MOV (QuickTime) , MP4 or AVI.

　　Subtitle requirements:

　　If you want to subtitle your work, the lines should be readable.

　　No typos; Do not use traditional Chinese characters.

　　Subtitles should be well synchronized with the content of the screen.

　　If bilingual subtitles are used, please ensure the accuracy of the translation.

　　Subtitles should be in bold type and white color, and the font size should be in harmony with the picture.

　　Sound requirements:

　　Works requires sound and picture synchronization.

　　The sound track should be clear without distortion, noise and other interference.

　　The volume should be stable and not fluctuate.

　　Audio sampling rate is 48kHz;

　　Double channels.

　　图片要求：JPEG格式，单幅照片文件不小于4Mb，不大于20Mb。

　　Photos should be in JPEG format.The file size of single photo should be no less than 4Mb and no more than 20Mb.

　　投稿作品储存于 U 盘 (光盘格式不予接受)，U 盘中每个作品单独形成一个视频文件，每个视频文件的名称即为作品名称。参展者需将U盘同报名表（打印盖章）、承诺函（打印盖章）（见附件）、一并邮寄至中国舞蹈家协会。邮寄信息请注明“第二届中国舞蹈影像展”投稿日期为2019年1月开始，截稿日期拟定2019年09月30日。邮寄地址：【北京市朝阳区北沙滩一号院32号楼A座703层】

　　The application form can be downloaded from the official website of China Dancers Association: www.cdanet.org. Please fill and submit the form before September 30th, 2019.

　　The submitted works should be stored on Google Drive, and each piece of work should be stored as a separate video file. The name of each video file is regarded as the name of the work.

　　评选细则

　　Selection Rules

　　本次展览推选分为网络投票、专家推选两个阶段。

　　网络投票阶段：所有报送作品由推委会统一上传至网络进行投票，根据排名顺序选出前50部入围作品进入最后的终选，入围作品将在中国舞蹈家协会官网及中国舞蹈家协会微信公众号中公布。

　　专家推选阶段：由资深的专家学者组成终选委员会，从50部入围作品推选出“优秀”作品。最终推选结果将在中国舞蹈家协会官网及中国舞蹈家协会微信公众号公布，并在2019年11月份集中展出，入围作品与优秀作品均颁发证书。

　　The selection of the current CDVE is divided into two stages: online voting and expert selection.

　　Online voting stage: all submitted works will be uploaded to the Internet by the selection committee of CDVE for voting. According to the ranking order, the top 50 shortlisted works will be selected to enter the final selection. Shortlisted works will be published on the official website of China Dancers Association:www.cdanet.org and the WeChat official account of China Dancers Association.

　　Expert selection stage: a final selection committee composed of senior experts and scholars will select the "excellent" works from the 50 shortlisted works. The final selection will be announced on the official website of China Dancers Association and the WeChat official account of China Dancers Association, and will be exhibited in November 2019. The shortlisted works and “excellent” works will be awarded certificates.

　　参展者无需支付报名费或任何相关费用。

　　主办单位有权对全部参展作品进行包括（但不限于）研究、摄影、录像、出版及宣传等任何形式的使用和对外推广，展播不局限官网（例如电视台展播及其他网络平台等），作者享有署名权。

　　所有提交作品的参展作者，将作品提交至中国舞蹈家协会官网平台之日起，即视为确认并自愿同意遵守本公告的各项规定。

　　推委会将为获得参展资格的作品提供唯一编码，用于中国舞蹈家协会原创视频作品备案。

　　本公告如有未尽事宜，由推委会享有最终解释权。

　　本公告的附件与本公告具有同等法律效力。

　　No registration fee or related fees will be charged.

　　The organizer has the right to use and promote all the exhibited works in any form of use, including (but not limited to) research, photography, video recording, publishing and publicity. The exhibition is not limited to the official website (such as TV station exhibition and other network platforms), and the author has the right of authorship.

　　All participants who submit their works to the official website platform of China Dancers Association shall be deemed to have confirmed and voluntarily agreed to abide by the provisions of this announcement.

　　The selection committee of CDVE will provide a unique code for the qualified works for the record of original video works of China Dancers Association.

　　The committee shall have the right of final explanation for matters not mentioned in this announcement.

　　The annexes to this notice shall have the same legal effect as this notice.
